Hypnobirthing is a comprehensive childbirth education method which combines deep relaxation, breathing, and visualization techniques to empower you to birth with confidence. As a Hypnobirthing instructor, my mission is to provide parents with unbiased information on all of their options in the maternity care system and build their confidence in the process of birth.

As a fellow mom of three young children, I understand you need a safe space to explore your options, ask questions, and learn techniques to prepare for birth. I am honored to guide parents on their journeys as they prepare for birth.

Crash Course, IN-PERSON

• Saturday March 9, 2024 and Saturday March 16, 2024 from 10am-1pm (covers the same material as the 4 week class, just in two days!)
